AI Integration & Consulting

Bringing AI into processes, starting with needs

Integrating artificial intelligence does not mean adding a tool to every activity. It means understanding where it can help, what information it needs and how to include it in a process that people can control and evaluate.

We help companies and organisations identify practical applications for communication, content and information management. We connect objectives, processes and technological possibilities, building an approach proportionate to needs and available resources.

We start with clearly defined problems and shared success criteria. We do not assume that an activity should be automated simply because it is technically possible.

Choosing use cases worth testing

We analyse how activities are carried out, where repetitive tasks are concentrated and which decisions require expertise or information that is difficult to find. With teams, we distinguish realistic opportunities, technical dependencies and expectations that need adjusting.

A use case might involve searching company materials, supporting content preparation or organising information. We define the inputs, expected output, users and responsibilities, without confusing a convincing demonstration with a process ready for everyday use.

Priority goes to applications that can be tested within a clear scope and evaluated using examples representative of real work.

Designing oversight alongside the solution

The quality of results also depends on the available materials and how they are used. We assess the structure, currency and accessibility of information, agreeing which data may be used in testing and under which authorisations.

With technical contacts and the relevant functions, we define access, human review, error handling and steps that must remain people’s responsibility. Provider privacy, security and contractual matters are assessed in their specific context, rather than assumed to be resolved by choosing a tool.

Adoption includes instructions, explicit limitations and alternative procedures when the system does not produce an adequate response.

When an AI integration programme is useful

The programme is useful when an organisation wants to move from individual experiments to more structured use, or needs to understand whether an idea addresses a real need. It can also establish a shared direction for communication, IT and process owners before a solution is chosen. We can support the following needs.

  • Identify and prioritise use cases in communication processes.
  • Assess materials, workflows and the conditions needed for testing.
  • Design a pilot with explicit objectives and evaluation criteria.
  • Define responsibilities, human oversight and error-handling procedures.
  • Support teams in adopting solutions and using them with an understanding of their limitations.

How we support the process

  1. 01

    Understand

We discuss objectives, activities and challenges with those involved. We examine processes and available information to define the problem before choosing technologies and tools.

  2. 02

    Design

We select the use case and define its scope, permitted data, responsibilities and success criteria. We prepare the pilot with technical contacts and process owners.

  3. 03

    Test and evaluate

We test agreed examples, observing usefulness, errors and the need for review. We compare results with the original process and document limitations and conditions of use.

  4. 04

    Adopt and improve

When the test justifies it, we define integration steps and train teams. We plan checks and periodic reviews, retaining the option to change or discontinue use.

An adoption roadmap, not a technological promise

The work may include process assessment, a use case map, functional requirements, preparation of materials and pilot design. We can support solution evaluation, the development of operating instructions and user training.

The roadmap distinguishes what can be tested immediately from activities requiring work on data, integrations or specialist assessments. Test results inform the decision, including a decision not to proceed.

The aim is useful, manageable AI use, integrated into the organisation’s responsibilities rather than separated from the people who will use it.
