Influencer Marketing

Collaborations that make sense for the brand and its audiences

A creator collaboration works when there is a credible connection between their voice, their audience and what the brand wants to communicate. Follower numbers alone cannot establish that relevance.

We help companies and organisations identify creators and influencers aligned with their identity, values and objectives, designing collaborations and content suited to the context. We connect selection, briefing, production and evaluation through a shared process.

The work can cover a single initiative or an ongoing programme, with a scope proportionate to the resources available and the organisation’s capacity to support the relationship.

Choose for relevance, not just size

We analyse topics, language, formats, observable interactions and compatibility with the brand’s positioning. We consider available audience information and data limitations, avoiding automatic equivalence between followers, people reached and actual interest.

The assessment includes the context of previous collaborations and potential reputational concerns. We do not look for interchangeable profiles: we look for a distinctive contribution that makes sense for that particular initiative.

We share selection criteria and reasoning so that the choice does not depend solely on prominence, personal preferences or apparent results.

Clarify the collaboration without losing the creator’s voice

A useful brief clarifies objectives, messages, verifiable information, required content and creative freedom. We define contacts, review stages, schedules and arrangements for handling potential issues, balancing brand consistency with the creator’s own language.

With the people responsible, we also address transparency around the commercial relationship, ways to make the nature of the content clear, fees and usage rights provided for in the agreements. Reuse of materials and paid promotion are not taken for granted.

Operational choices are checked against the platforms and contexts involved, without confusing brand approval with legal validation.

When to develop an Influencer Marketing project

Collaborations are useful when they bring a perspective or language relevant to the project. Before activating them, we define the role they should play alongside other communication activities. We can support the following needs, for example.

  • Present a service or project through language that resonates with priority audiences.
  • Engage communities interested in specific topics consistent with the brand.
  • Develop original content around an initiative or event.
  • Build ongoing relationships with creators selected through shared criteria.
  • Introduce more structured briefs, approvals and evaluation for collaborations.

How we build collaborations

  1. 01

    Set up

We agree objectives, audiences, resources and the role of creators. We define selection criteria, observable outcomes and responsibilities, clarifying the scope before contacting potential collaborators.

  2. 02

    Select

We assess profiles and proposals against the project, sharing their relevance, available information and areas requiring attention. We begin discussions about availability, content, terms and arrangements for collaboration.

  3. 03

    Coordinate

We prepare the brief and support production, review and publication in line with the agreements. We keep creators and company contacts aligned on schedules, content, transparency and handling enquiries.

  4. 04

    Evaluate

We analyse published content, available data and interaction quality against the objectives. We distinguish organic distribution from paid promotion, documenting limitations and recommendations for subsequent collaborations.

From selection to a manageable relationship

The work may include profile mapping and assessment, collaboration proposals, briefing, operational coordination, scheduling and reports with recommendations. We define agency activities, creator fees and other project costs separately.

The collaboration is documented so that approved materials, deadlines and usage terms can be traced. This supports coordination between communication, marketing and other contacts and helps handle subsequent requests without relying on different interpretations of the agreements.

We do not promise guaranteed virality, followers or commercial results. We build collaborations with a clear rationale and evidence that can be reviewed, where content, responsibilities and criteria for interpreting results are understood by everyone involved.
