Digital Campaigns

Digital campaigns connected to objectives

A digital campaign needs to connect what an organisation wants to achieve with what makes a message relevant to people. Choosing a platform or buying visibility is not enough.

We design and manage campaigns that bring together audiences, messages, creative work, distribution and the journey that follows exposure to the content. We define the contribution of organic activities and advertising investment without confusing their respective results.

We can support the entire project or complement an internal team, agreeing objectives, responsibilities and resources before activation.

From the message to the audience journey

We start with the intended audience, the context and the action the campaign should support. We turn these choices into a creative approach, formats and content suited to the selected channels.

Consistency does not stop at the advertisement. We check that the website, landing page and supporting materials fulfil the message’s promise and make the next step clear. We also consider what happens after an enquiry and who needs to handle it.

We connect editorial planning and paid distribution, keeping content production, media investment and other agreed costs distinct.

Prioritise investment and learn from data

We define budgets, duration, distribution criteria and indicators consistent with the objectives. We prepare hypotheses to test through variations in messaging, creative work or the audience journey, avoiding changes to everything at once that make differences difficult to interpret.

With the appropriate contacts, we agree measurement tools, data handling and checks on any necessary consent before activating tracking or dedicated audiences.

Results are interpreted in light of data availability, attribution limitations and differences between platforms. A click does not automatically indicate qualified interest, and a conversion attributed by a tool does not by itself demonstrate the campaign’s overall effect.

When to activate a digital campaign

A campaign can support a particular moment or develop in phases. We define its scope around the problem to be solved, avoiding a proliferation of channels and content without a shared priority. Common situations include the following.

  • Present a new service, project or initiative to relevant audiences.
  • Strengthen brand awareness around a topic or within a market.
  • Guide people towards dedicated content, events or further information.
  • Support enquiries through a clear, coordinated journey.
  • Test messages and formats before increasing investment.

How we build campaigns

  1. 01

    Define

We agree objectives, audiences, resources and evaluation criteria. We analyse available materials and channels, identifying constraints, missing information and responsibilities for each stage of the project.

  2. 02

    Design

We develop messages, concepts and content, coordinating them with the journey on the website or landing page. We prepare a distribution plan, schedule and test hypotheses proportionate to the budget.

  3. 03

    Activate and optimise

We launch the agreed activities and check publication, distribution and the functioning of audience journeys. We review early signals and adjust choices when the available data supports useful assessments.

  4. 04

    Evaluate and apply

We compare results with objectives, distinguishing observations, limitations and practical recommendations. We share what can be reused, improved or discontinued in subsequent activities.

A system for activation and learning

The work may include campaign strategy, a creative approach, content, a media plan, landing-page recommendations, publication coordination and reports with recommendations. The scope, suppliers involved and costs are agreed before launch.

We also agree a schedule for discussions with internal contacts to make decisions and adjustments visible. The report connects indicators with activities actually carried out, clarifying which aspects are within the project’s control and which depend on the context or other stages of the journey.

We do not promise guaranteed results or formulas that can be replicated regardless of context. We build a transparent process that helps the organisation invest more thoughtfully and use what it learns to guide subsequent choices.
